| The body of Max Stone is found
burned beyond recognition. He was killed by the
wife he had abused for years. Glen _____, who was
deep in debt, put his watch on the body and was
going to run away but decides to confess. Mrs.
Stone confesses as well. Matt is in shock from
the loss of Bower Cottage and having to shoot all
the injured animals. He goes to stay at Camelot
for awhile. A benefit concert is held at the
Lodge, where Matt presents Lucy with a sapphire
engagement ring. |
